Representatives of the Chinese National Association of Inventions Visited ISTT

Dr. Zengpei Xuan, the Secretary General of the Chinese Association of Inventions (CAI) and representatives from Geoharbour Middle Eastern Construction Company visited Isfahan Science and Technology Town on the 16^th of December, 2016. The delegation had traveled to Iran during the Iranian Research and Technology Week having received an official invitation from the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology.

By visiting ISTT, the delegation intended to familiarize itself with the existing capacity and ability of ISTTs settled tenants and the activities pursued by the town’s managing team. The delegation was met by the president and several of ISTTs managers and was presented with a short introduction to ISTT and its Science and Technology Parks and Incubators. During the meeting possible avenues for future cooperation and collaboration between the two centers was discussed and decided upon.The possible launch of a joint office for scientific and economic projects, the way to introduce and help in the settlement of Chinese companies in Iran and the participation of interested Iranian and Chinese participants in organized workshops of either party were amongst the subjects discussed.

They were also presented with an introduction to the activities of Isfahan Regional Center for Technology Incubator and Science Park Development under the auspices of UNESCO (IRIS) and taken on a tour of ISTTs grounds and facilities where they met with two of its settled tenant companies, Nano-one and Behin Ab ZendehRoud.
